Tracy is a graduate of George Brown College and has trained locally and abroad, learning and molding to put her signature on the culinary world. It is her passion for local ingredients, strong community involvement and unique culinary style that have earned her critical acclaim. She has embraced the local movement and is committed to a philosophy of serving ingredients that are carefully sourced and takes pride in the fact that they are local, healthy and sustainable.
As part of her commitment to the local food community she participates in several annual fund raisers and community events including; Feast of Fields, Toronto Green Living Show, Royal Winter Fair, Norfolk County Fair & Horseshow, Terroir, OCTA, Savour Ontario chair of Culinary Tourism in Norfolk County, Lynnwood Art Centre Soup Art, Crime Stoppers, Glenhryst Art Gallery and takes on more as the years go by. She has participated in Web Episodes “Gourmet Farmer”, Jason Persall’s creation to showcase the farmer. She also was involved with “At the Farm Gate” Local Food Movement Dinner Series which she showcases our local farmers in unique setting throughout Norfolk County.
